Lisa is a Chartered Member of the CIPD, she has significant experience advising leaders at all levels on people-related issues and guiding them through challenging employment situations. Lisa is experienced in managing complex disciplinary and grievance cases as well as absence, capability and performance issues and large-scale restructure and redundancy programmes.
Lisa enjoys coaching small business owners and partnering with them to proactively identify opportunities for improvement and helping them develop, engage, motivate and retain talent effectively in a small business environment.
